Era is the first series of compact outdoor stations with advanced access control functionality, specifically designed for residential applications.
It can be expanded up to 4 users or as a version with numeric keypad and includes a proximity reader with MIFARE/NFC technology.

This guarantees a very high security standard and also allows the user to use our free app Videx Virtual Fob.
The user can use their smartphone to open locks and gates.

Era was created to meet the needs of the residential sector, but thanks to a set of advanced features that are unique on the market, it can be used for so much more.
Compact and
expandable
The outdoor station is less than 10 cm wide and depth less than 3.
However, it can be configured to call up to 4 separate residential units and includes advanced access control functions.
All this while remaining extremely simple to install and configure.

The Era GSM is compatible with 4G mobile networks, so it can be used worldwide.
It also features a convenient built-in LTE/GSM antenna (external antenna optional).

The Era series archives IP65 rating for weather resistance and IK09 rating for impact resistance.
Unlimited programming
and management
You can configure and manage all the functions and settings of Era GSM via the SMS Wizard and SMS Wizard PRO apps, or by using the GSM Cloud platform.
In addition, you can also use traditional SMS messages and GSMPRO software.
The SMS Wizard app offers users and administrators basic programming as well as a means to gain entry. This app is great for house owners and users who need to manage and make quick changes to settings such as telephone numbers, access codes, proximity users and dial to open users.
The SMS Wizard PRO app, designed with installers and engineers in mind, offers full programming and operating features as well as additonal features including diagnostics tools for testing the Era kit during installation and for maintenance, which are not available in the SMS Wizard app.
The GSM Cloud management platform allows the user to remotely manage, program and monitor events of the Era GSM kit. The GSM Cloud is a web browser based application which allows multiple Videx GSM modules, to be managed from anywhere with an internet connection.
